If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we'd be happy to help! Please contact our customer support team with your order number and the details of the exchange you'd like to make. Exchanges are processed within 5 to 7 business days. More info here. If you don't know which item you want to exchange, you will receive a credit for the value paid for the product to use later.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide a pre-paid shipping label. Simply pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location. Defective returns are on us! More info here.
